Apple 'Chehalis' Semi-dwarf

Large, yellow-green, mild sweet flavor, juicy and crisp eating apple. Resembles golden delicious in looks and flavor, but is larger and crisper. Highly scab and somewhat mildew resistant. Reliable and highly productive. Ripens mid-September to early October. Great choice for the organic grower. Best pollination is with another mid-season bloomer.


 

Apple 'Elstar' Semi-dwarf

Hardy Range: USDA ZONE 4-9 

A very scab resistant tree, making a great choice for the organic grower. Fruit quality is an excellent, sweet-tart flavor, medium-sized. Should be picked green and stored for about a month, or may not ripen before hard frosts. Unique coloring. Crisp, but on the softer side of crisp. Best pollination is with another mid-season bloomer.


 

Apple 'Enterprise' semi-dwarf

A glossy red apple with an excellent spritley flavor that improves with storage. The tree is productive, vigorous and spreading. Fruit ripens late October. It is an excellent keeper and is immune to scab and resistant to fireblight, cedar apple rust, and mildew. Best pollination is with another mid to late-season bloomer.


 

Apple 'Gravenstein' Semi-dwarf

Red striped over deep yellow. This old-fasioned, all-time favorite is the ideal sauce, pie and cider apple. Known for its wonderful tangy flavor. Firm, juicy, crisp. Ripens in early September.  Gravenstein will not pollinate any other apple.

Red-striped over yellow background. An excellent large, sweet apple ripening in October. Heavy producer and good keeper. Firm, crisp and highly flavored. It scores on top in regional taste tests. Also a good dessert and canning apple. Will not pollinate other apples. Pollinate Jonagold with another mid-season bloomer.

The large yellow-green apples with red stripes are excellent for eating fresh, for cooking and for making cider. They also keep well. This highly prized apple is a tip bearer. A pruning note for tip bearers: Wait to prune until 2 inches of growth has begun in spring, then prune back to 6 to 8 inches of last years growth. King will not pollinate other apples. Mid to late-season bloomer.

 

Apple 'Pink Lady' Semi-dwarf

A large apple with a pink blush over a yellow undertone. No russeting. It has a creamy crisp flesh that resists browning when cut. A sweet-tart taste similar to, but usually rated much better than Granny Smith. Matures late. Apples on young trees may have a somewhat bumpy skin, but will outgrow it. Best pollination is with another mid to late-season bloomer.

 

Apple 'Rosy Glow' Semi-dwarf

This highly colored apple is red with a yellow blush. Excellent early apple, ripening in mid-August. Great for fresh-eating or cooking. Quality is exceptional for an early apple. Best pollination is with another early to mid-season bloomer.

 

Apple 'Spartan' Semi-dwarf

McIntosh-type desert apple. Firm and a good keeper. Pure whit flesh is crisp, juicy, highly aromatic and fine-flavored. Medium-sized fruit is resistant to scab and mildew. Early harvest, keeps for several months and is a heavy bearer. Best pollination is with another mid to late-season bloomer.

 

Apple 'William's Pride' Semi-dwarf

William's Pride Apple

Early maturing, medium to large, dark red fruit. Crisp and firm and can be stored for up to 6 weeks without loss in quality. Does not drop easily and the color will darken and flavor will heighten on the tree for up to 2 weeks after maturity. Sweet, rich, spicy flavor. Excellent resistance to scab. Best pollination is with another early season bloomer.

 

Peach 'Red Haven' Semi-dwarf

Ripens in mid-August. Semi freestone to freestone, with yellow flesh. Large, juicy, attractive fruit with very rich flavor. Plant peaches in a sunny site with well-drained soil. Use Lilly-Miller Kop-R-Spray to control common peach ailments. Copper fungicide is considered an organic remedy.

 

Pear 'Anjou'   Semi-Dwarf

Large, rounded shape, light green in color. Ripens in late September. Fine-textured and juicy. Keeps extremely well in the refrigerator. As you may know from the grocery store Anjous - pick unripe and allow time to ripen off the tree. Worth the wait! Pears are rich in fiber!

 

Pear 'Bartlett'   Semi-Dwarf

Pick early to mid-September. The standard commercial pear. Distinctly aromatic, sweet and juicy. Used widely for both fresh eating and canning.

 

Pear 'Comice'   Semi-Dwarf

Pick in mid to late September. Comice is a very old French variety. Excellent dessert quality, very sweet and juicy. Stores until Christmas. Pollinate with another mid to late season bloomer such as Seckel, Bosc, Red Clapps, Orcas.

 

Pear 'Conference'   Semi-Dwarf

Pick in mid to late September. An English variety known since 1895. Standard quality dessrt pear in Europ for many years. Medium-sized, golden-speckled, long-necked. Top quality fruit with a sweet and spicy flavor. This early blooming European pear can be used as a pollinator for Asian Pear varieties.

 

Pear 'Highland'   Semi-Dwarf

One month of storage brings out the best quality. Will keep until January!  Excellent quality, sweet rich flavor, smooth and juicy. The best keeper pear. Large, attractive, yellow fruit with some russeting. Very smooth flesh. Fruit matures in early October. Good disease resistance.

 

Pear 'Red Clapps'   Semi-Dwarf

Pick in late August. The red-skinned sport of an old American variety. Light, sweet flavor. Tree is quite productive, and unlike many red-skinned pear trees, the leaves are a solid green. Pears are rich in vitamins and fiber!

 

Pear 'Rescue'   Semi-Dwarf

Pick in early to mid-September. Originated from a local seeding selected for excellent disease resistance. Red-blushed fruit is large to very large. Sweet and mild flavor. Great for fresh eating and for canning. Pears are rich in fiber!

 

Plum 'Seneca'  Semi-dwarf

Ripens in mid-August to early September. Reddish-purple skin, yellow flesh. Fruits are large and completely freestone, high quality, either eaten fresh or for drying or canning. Needs a pollinator.

 

Plum 'Victory'  Semi-dwarf

Ripens in mid-August to late September. Blue skin, greenish-yellow flesh. Fruits are medium- large, dense and sweet. A very productive tree with an upright growth habit. Needs a pollinator.
